ACE Foundation

Bridging the gap, between academic opportunities

Where opportunity isn't decided by circumstance.

A non-profit initiative supporting students to learn, grow, and thrive.

Creating equitable learning opportunities for CALD, low-SES and disadvantaged students across Victoria through accessible tutoring, consistent support, and a focus on long-term confidence and growth.

Our Mission

Equitable access to education, for every student

The Foundation is a non-profit initiative dedicated to creating equitable access to education for students facing financial, social or systemic barriers to learning. Through accessible tutoring delivered outside school hours, and in partnership with public and private schools across Victoria, we provide targeted academic support that strengthens learning, builds confidence, and supports long-term student success.

Access

The Foundation is committed to removing financial and systemic barriers that limit students' access to academic support. Through accessible tutoring, we ensure students facing educational disadvantage can receive consistent, high-quality learning assistance, regardless of their family's financial circumstances.

Support Beyond School Hours

Learning does not stop when the school day ends. Our program delivers targeted tutoring outside school hours, giving students the time, guidance and confidence to strengthen their skills in a supportive and focused environment.

School Partnership

We work collaboratively with public and private schools to identify students who would benefit most from additional academic support. By aligning closely with schools, we ensure our tutoring complements classroom learning and addresses real, observed needs.

Equity

We believe every student deserves access to high-quality academic support, regardless of background, financial circumstance or cultural barriers. The Foundation exists to reduce educational inequality by providing structured tutoring opportunities to students who may otherwise be left behind.

Our Programs

Three pathways to support, challenge and encourage

Each program is designed to meet students at different stages of their schooling.

01

Strive for Excellence

Reach further

For students who want to push past ordinary expectations, take on challenging projects and develop leadership skills. It's about helping motivated students go further, reach their highest level and stand out academically.

02

Dare to Dream

Overcome barriers

For students from low SES, CALD or disadvantaged backgrounds, giving them extra academic support and resources so they can overcome barriers and achieve their goals. Students get personalised tips, encouragement and a relatable role model to guide them through challenges.

03

Set the Standard

Mentored by grads

Connects students with recent graduates who act as mentors, sharing real-life advice on managing study loads, balancing priorities and staying healthy. Students receive practical strategies, motivation and ongoing support from someone who understands where they are.

Who We Support

Students facing barriers beyond the classroom

The Foundation is dedicated to creating equitable access to education for students facing financial, social or systemic barriers to learning. Through accessible tutoring delivered outside school hours, and in partnership with public and private schools across Victoria, we provide targeted academic support that strengthens learning, builds confidence, and supports long-term student success.

We support students who face barriers to learning beyond the classroom. This includes students experiencing financial constraints, those from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, and students whose education has been disrupted by social, economic or personal circumstances. Through accessible and consistent academic support, we work to strengthen learning, build confidence and create meaningful pathways for long-term student success.
