Where should we start?

Some students come to ACE because they are struggling and need help catching up. Others come because they are doing fine and want to do better. Pick a program by year level and what your child needs most right now, whether that is support, structure or a proper challenge.

Years 11–12

VCE Tutoring

VCE is a lot to manage at once. Students get subject tutoring, SAC preparation, exam practice, recorded lessons, revision sessions and study advice, plus mentorship from tutors who sat the same exams not long ago. The aim is progress students can see, not just a number at the end.

Years 1–6

Primary Tutoring

Primary tutoring at ACE is about strong foundations, not early exam pressure. We build reading, writing and numeracy step by step, with homework support, encouragement and study habits that make secondary school feel manageable. The goal is understanding, not memorising.

Years 7–10

Secondary Tutoring

Years 7 to 10 are where study habits and core subject knowledge are built. We help students fill gaps, stay on top of schoolwork, build independence and explore subjects properly. Where a student is ready, we extend and accelerate so VCE never feels like a shock.

Years 7–12

Study Mentorship

Study Mentorship is not a weekly class. It pairs your child with a dedicated mentor, a psychology professional who recently went through the same schooling and exams as our students, through occasional workshops and one-on-one meetings booked whenever they are needed. The focus is study habits, time management and discipline, so the work students do in subject tutoring actually sticks.

How classes run

Small group classes, with one-on-one time when it is needed

Every ACE program runs as a small group class. One-on-one time is not a separate program you enrol in, it is there whenever a student wants it.

Small group classes

Structured, consistent, shared learning.

Gives students structured weekly support, the chance to learn alongside other students, opportunities for questions and discussion, consistent preparation and accountability.

One-on-one meetings

Booked through the ACE Portal when a student needs it.

Students book a private meeting with their tutor for targeted help on a tricky topic, feedback before a SAC or exam, or extension work. No separate enrolment, just book a time.
